Step 1: Get in Touch

Fill out the contact form here on our website, and we'll respond within 24 business hours to discuss your project. If it seems like a good fit, we'll schedule an on-site visit to explore your vision and assess your property.

Step 2: On-Site Visit + Design Agreement

During the on-site visit, we'll spend about 60 minutes discussing your ideas, taking measurements and photos, and reviewing your property survey. Feel free to share inspirational photos to help us capture your vision. We'll also review budget considerations and present our design agreement. If you're ready to move forward, we'll collect the design investment and schedule your design review.

Step 3: Design Plan Presentation

We deliver simpler designs within one week. For more complex projects, your design will be ready within three weeks and include a 60-minute review appointment.

We'll walk you through the design, including materials, plants, and layout options. With your feedback, we'll make revisions and ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision. We'll also review the investment and timeline and address any concerns with tailored suggestions.

Step 4: Design Approval + Agreement Signing

Step 5: Installation and Work

Every week, we'll update you on the project's status and handle all necessary preparations, such as marking utilities and discussing pet or property considerations. On the installation day, we'll arrive on time, walk the property with you to confirm the scope and begin work. We'll maintain open communication throughout, ensuring you're always in the loop and your questions are promptly answered.
