Meeting Your Lifestyle Aspirations With Inspired Outdoor Solutions
For most people, home in the Hamptons includes a deep appreciation for the coastal beauty and renowned architecture. Your own outdoor space in East Hampton, New York, not only contributes to that idyllic environment, but it's also the setting from which to enjoy it.
At Creative Design Landscapes, we specialize in landscaping services that take your property in East Hampton to the next level for aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and durability. With unparalleled creativity and attention to detail, we provide bespoke landscape design, installation, maintenance, tree services, integrated pest management, erosion control, landscape lighting, and so much more, ensuring your property meets community expectations while standing out for its unique features and details and thriving plant life.
We're known for providing a personalized experience that allows for a high level of customization at every stage of your project. Our hands-on approach gives you the opportunity to be as hands-off as you'd like, relying on our years of experience and commitment to excellence to deliver the landscaping services you're expecting.
We outline your options, help you make decisions, and present your project in a straightforward proposal, complete with transparent pricing, timelines, and service standards. For landscape designs, you'll have the opportunity to request revisions so every detail is in place before we start construction. If you'd prefer, you can work with your own landscape architect and partner with us for the installation phase. Whenever possible, we prioritize sustainable landscape design, proper drainage, and erosion control to protect your property and preserve the environment for the next generation.
With our Communication Promise, you will receive a response to your messages within 24 business hours. We keep you updated on our progress and provide all the information you need to make confident decisions about plant health care, hardscaping materials, and more. If challenges arise, we meet them head-on and work until you're satisfied with the results.
The Hamptons isn't a place people go to settle for the ordinary. On the contrary, East Hampton raises the standard for outdoor beauty and a sophisticated lifestyle. It's a community that insists upon exquisite details and custom solutions, giving you the opportunity to define coastal living for yourself. At Creative Design Landscapes, we understand that, and we've been providing it for more than 20 years. Contact us to learn more about our landscaping services and get started on your project.
What Are East Hampton's Revegetation and Clearing Rules?
The Town of East Hampton has delineated a Water Recharge Overlay District and set clearing limits to protect groundwater. When a property is over cleared, the town may require revegetation with the native species that grew there before. A dune revegetation may require only American beachgrass, while wooded lots need native trees and shrubs.
The town also separates a revegetation from a native plant garden, which can be arranged more freely and is strongly encouraged. Review the East Hampton revegetation requirements or download our guide, How to Fix an Over Cleared Property in East Hampton.
Native Plants for East Hampton Landscapes
We use native and approved species suited to local soils and deer pressure:
- Eastern red cedar, white pine, American holly, and red maple
- Northern bayberry, inkberry, arrowwood viburnum, and sweet pepperbush
- Lowbush blueberry, wild rose, and native grasses
